Rusty Lighthouse Decanter made in Japan

Non-working 1950's music decanter, made in Japan. No cracks or chips that I can see in the green glass. The metal parts are very rusty. Nonetheless, this makes a very attractive collectable! ps. I haven't seen another one like this. 

Dimensions: 31.5cm tall with base diameter of 11cm.
